We're a small, independent team based in Scotland, and we open to everyone on 15 December 2026.
Our Discord server is where early users, waitlist members and curious people come to ask questions, share feedback and talk to us directly.
As we get closer to launch, we'd love some help keeping it friendly, safe and useful.
What you'll do
- Keep conversations welcoming and on topic, and step in calmly when things get heated
- Remove spam, scams and anything that breaks the server rules
- Point people to the right place: our support page, community forum, docs or status page
- Pass bug reports, feature ideas and recurring questions on to the team
- Welcome new members and help them find their way around
- Help out around launch day, when we expect things to be at their busiest
What we're looking for
- You're comfortable with Discord, including roles, channels and moderation tools
- You're patient, fair and good at staying calm when others aren't
- You write clearly and kindly, even when you're saying no
- You use good judgement and know when to handle something yourself and when to flag it
- You're interested in Cloverr, productivity tools or AI (experience with Cloverr isn't needed, since it isn't open yet)
- You're 18 or over
Previous moderation experience is a bonus but not essential. We'll show you the ropes.
What it's like
This is a volunteer role. There are no set hours or minimum commitment: help when it suits you, and step back whenever you need to. You'll get a moderator role on the server, a direct line to the team, early access to Cloverr, and a real say in how our community grows.
