Opening 15 December 2026

Work grows better
with a little luck.

Cloverr puts your team's mail, chat, docs, tasks, calendar and calls in one place, with AI teammates that actually help: they read what you allow, answer questions, draft replies, summarise calls and follow things up.

What Cloverr is

Fourteen tabs, one place. And teammates who never drop the ball.

Most teams juggle an inbox, a chat app, a docs tool, a task board, a calendar and a video app, then copy things between them. Cloverr is all of those, built to work together, with AI that can see across them (only where you let it).

Everything in one place

A message becomes a task, an email lands in a project, a call leaves its summary in the chat. No copying, no lost context.

AI teammates, not a chat box

Bees have names, jobs and permissions. @mention one in a chat, assign it a task, or let an automation hand it work.

Private by design

Each agent sees only what you allow. Your data is never used for training, and every outgoing email is checked.

Features

Everything your team uses every day

Mail

Team inboxes, project addresses and catch-all aliases. Agents draft replies, and a reviewer checks every email that leaves.

Chat

Channels, DMs and group chats with replies, reactions, pins and @mentions. Turn any message into a task.

Docs and files

Write together with history and sharing. Upload images and PDFs. Agents read the docs you point them at.

Tasks and projects

Boards and lists per project, duplicate warnings, due dates, and agents that can pick work up.

Calendar and booking

Personal, team and project calendars. Public booking pages with reminders and a join link on the day.

Calls

Video calls in the browser with live captions per person, recordings, guest links and automatic summaries.

Automations

When this happens, check that, then do this or that. Describe it in plain words and test it before it runs.

Forms and customers

Public forms with an AI summary of the responses, and a light CRM that agents keep up to date.

Automations

Say what should happen. Cloverr builds it.

“When an email comes into Support, if it's a complaint make a task for Dana and post in #support, otherwise have Scout draft a reply.” Type that, and Cloverr drafts the automation, then shows a test run with example data before anything goes live.

when a call ends in #design

AI teammates

Meet the Bees

Start with ready-made agents or build your own: give it a name, a job, a personality and exactly the access it needs. You can always see what it read and what it did.

@scout

Answers questions from your docs, mail and chats, and drafts replies.

@scribe

Takes call notes, writes summaries and keeps the minutes tidy.

@planner

Watches tasks and deadlines and tells you what's slipping.

@coder

Reads your connected repository and explains or plans changes.

Shows what it's doing as it works Only reads what you allow Low, Medium and High modes Every action logged Use your own AI provider

Privacy and security

Your work stays yours

Built and run in Scotland under UK GDPR. We'd rather say no to a feature than to your privacy.

Read our legal and security pages

Never used for training

Your workspace content only runs your workspace. It's never sold.

Every email checked

An AI reviewer holds anything risky, and sends weak replies back to be rewritten.

You set who sees what

Roles, custom permissions, and private mail and personal calendars by default.

Isolated hosting

An isolated container on an isolated network, encrypted in transit, guarded against prompt injection.

Questions

What is Cloverr?+

One workspace for your team's mail, chat, docs, tasks, calendar, calls and customers, with AI teammates (we call them Bees) that read what you allow and do real work: answer questions, draft emails, summarise calls, plan and follow up.

When does it open?+

On 15 December 2026. People on the waitlist get in first, in the order they joined, with a one-time link to create their account.

Is my data used to train AI?+

No. Your workspace content is only used to run your workspace. It's never sold and never used to train anyone's models. Each agent only sees what you give it access to.

Where is it hosted, and who runs it?+

Cloverr runs in an isolated container on an isolated private network, and is run by Kyle Kozlowski from Dundee, Scotland, under UK GDPR. The details are on our legal pages.

Which AI does it use?+

Cloverr has three modes, Low, Medium and High, each backed by leading AI models with automatic fallbacks, so an outage at one provider doesn't stop your agents. Organisations can also connect their own AI provider.

How much will it cost?+

There'll be a free plan for small teams, Pro for teams that run on it, and Enterprise for larger organisations. Prices are announced at launch; waitlist members hear first.
